1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old. Users between 16-18 confirm parental consent.

2. User Content & License

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Recommendations are for entertainment and inspiration only. They do not constitute professional advice. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; we do not guarantee fitness for purpose.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Managed by RevenueCat and processed by Apple/Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer AI models or the App.
• Use the App to create non-consensual visual representations of real persons.
• Upload illegal, pornographic, or harmful material.

6. Termination

You may delete your account via the profile sidebar at any time. We may terminate access for breaches of these Terms or security risks.

7. Liability & Indemnification

The App is provided "AS IS". Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (A) the amount paid in the last 12 months, or (B) €50. You agree to indemnify [COMPANY NAME] against claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes unresolved within 30 days will be submitted to the courts of IZMIR, Turkey.
